"Three main and diversified business operations": with energy and electricity, water resources and environment, and urban and rural construction as the three main business operations, we will continue to develop and expand diversified business operations such as green aggregates, soil treatment, and underground engineering and related emerging business operations.
"Four-dimensional integration": Give full play to the integration of four capabilities, i.e. technical services, engineering contracting, investment and operation.
"Digital Empowerment": With engineering digital design and digital platform R & D as the core capabilities, integrate engineering technology and project management, and establish digital service capabilities for the project whole life cycle as planning, surveying, designing, building and operating for smart cities and smart projects.
